SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. Where do you ship to?

• We ship to Canada only. Canadian shipments are duty free and only the GST/PST/HST apply. Note all prices on the website are in CAD.

2. How long does delivery take and what shipping methods are offered?

• We ship by Purolator, UPS, and FedEx. Depending on the product itself, delivery generally takes 3-7 business days for arrival. Please allow upto 48 hours for your order to be dispatched once ordered.

3. What is the shipping cost?

• Products can be sent to most areas within the Canada for free, and some remote areas may need to pay for extra for shipping.

4. I am missing or need help with something...

• All ALTRAX products ship with an instruction manual, but sometimes they it may not be included during production. Contact us and we can email you a digital version, if you need a physical version, we can send that too.
  
  
• We get it, sometimes installation may not be the most clear cut. Give us a call and we can have a tech help you over the phone to explain and address your concerns.
  
  
• If you think you are missing any accessories (like pedals, or LCD display) or your order was delivered but missing some parts or hardware, let us know and we can get those sent out to you.
