1. WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?
All ALTRAX FITNESS products come with a 12-month warranty!
We want you to love our products as much as we loved creating them. All items we ship have successfully passed our rigorous Quality Control inspections. Our warranties ensure you have a fantastic experience while giving you total peace of mind.
Most items sold by ALTRAX FITNESS are covered by a comprehensive product warranty. If you want to extend the warranty service, you could purchase extended warranties from third-party companies.
- Try to troubleshoot the item by checking the manual we provided in the package. If in doubt, send us an email or give us a call. Oftentimes, we can solve the problem for you without requiring you to send the product back. In many cases, the product may seem to have an issue, but it can be solved by restarting, installing properly, or affixing an accessory.
- If you still have difficulties with your item especially for complicated products or product setup, we recommend getting your installation inspected by a second set of eyes to confirm if the product is actually faulty or rather incorrectly installed.
- Once you have confirmed the product is faulty, you should contact us. Provide your order number from where you purchased and some pictures/videos and all the steps you have tried to remedy this issue. We will review your case and help diagnose what may be the issue or issue an RMA under warranty for you to send it back to us.
3. WHAT IF THE PRODUCT IS BROKEN?
If any product is faulty or damaged, you are protected under the ALTRAX FITNESS Warranty.- Assuming the product is still in warranty and not physically damaged, you can return it to ALTRAX FITNESS and we will repair it. If any product you just purchased arrives damaged, please contact us.
- All return cases are handled under our RMA policy: please contact us and do not send back any products without first obtaining an assigned RMA case number from us. This allows us to keep track of all returns coming back to us.
